New York, NY
Fourteen years ago (holy shit... give me a second to process that number for a second) my friends and I spent a summer making small movies. We had no direction other than we were bored and we enjoyed making each other laugh. And so, Smokestack Productions was born. (We later changed it to "Smokestack Entertainment" for some reason, though I can't remember why.) Heading off into the night with a video camera, we created films about teenaged serial killers who leave feminine hygiene products as their calling cards, mysterious green alien balls (not those kind) that hold a small town hostage, one girl's assumption that her psychologist is actually the crazy one, and so many others that it's almost staggering to contemplate. Someday, I'll get around to digitizing them and putting them on YouTube, but in the meantime, enjoy this "Title Card" concept/experiment for Smokestack Entertainment.

November Photos
New York, NY
These are random. Prepare thy self.

I'm not sure who was more excited about this jack o'lantern - Lindsey or her mom.
Deep in the bowels of a hotel in NYC, I told Lindsey to sit in this chair and simply stare straight ahead. A few trips into Photoshop later, and a plain looking photo is now haunted.
Running a marathon is tough. Watching a marathon is tougher-er.
This photo is my entire resume. Surely future employers will see how awesome I am and hire me on the spot.
Rock Creek Park in DC.
I was fighting a cold and I was miserable.
No matter what the news agencies say, Kristin's sign was my favorite for no other reason than its meta-ness.
